Cornerstone Partnership has developed a suite of tools designed to help build the capacity of affordable homeownership programs that preserve long-term affordability.   The tools have been successfully tested with programs around the country. In addition, Cornerstone has created the Certified TA provider program in order to make these technical assistance tools more widely available to help build the field.
